Peanut Butter Banana Pupsicle

This recipe is an alternative to the sometimes expensive and frozen pupsicles available in specialty stores. A single look at that products ingredient list will provide you a greater sense of appreciation for the short, pronounceable list of ingredients in this recipe. Best of all, your dog will love it just the same!

Note: If you are not using natural peanut butter, be sure to check the ingredients of the peanut butter jar to make sure that it does not contain Xylitol. It is extremely toxic to dogs.

Ingredients:

• 32 ounces low-fat or non fat yogurt

• 2 bananas mashed

• 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter

• 2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Fill small flexible ice tray with mixture and freeze until solid. To serve, pop out a pupsicle treasure or two and make doggy a happy camper!
